Bent Parts and Wire Rings
In our CNC-controlled bending and winding centers, we manufacture three-dimensionally formed bent parts as well as wire rings.
Wire dimensions from ø 2 mm to ø 10 mm in iron, stainless steel, and brass are available from stock.
Complex contours can be realized through additional processing in our press department.
Welded wire rings made of iron wire.
Welded rings manufactured from stainless steel wire grades 1.4301 and 1.4571. Wire rings made of brass wire (MS63), butt-welded and deburred.
Rings with diameters from 50 mm up to 2000 mm.
TIG-welded rings with seamless or low-seam finish.
